Accessibility
The pages are built as plain HTML, with a stylesheet and a small script for the cookie choice. You should be able to read them if the script never runs.
We have not commissioned a formal audit. We do not claim a conformance certificate. The notes below say what the pages do, and where that stops.
One title, then sections
Each page has one main heading, followed by section headings in order. A skip link points at the content. The breadcrumb names the current page. Language is English, with Arabic place names marked where they appear.
The menu is a checkbox
The mobile menu opens from a label tied to a checkbox. It does not depend on JavaScript. The cookie settings panel opens the same way. Saving a cookie choice does use a script. If the script is absent, optional tags still do not load, because none are installed. Contact is by email and phone links, not by a form that needs a script to exist.
A short fade, and a way to stop it
A few images ease in, and a photograph can scale slightly on hover. If your system asks for reduced motion, those effects are turned off. Focus is drawn with a visible outline. Color is dark ink on a light paper ground, with a darker accent for links.
The caption carries the point
Photographs have alternative text and a caption that names the place. Some scenes are detailed. The practical warning, such as the exposed rock at the escarpment, is also written in the paragraph beside the picture.
What we already know is imperfect
The month grid becomes a single column on a small screen so it can be read in order. We have not tested every assistive technology. A barrier you find is real even if it is not listed here.
Write to the support inbox
Email [email protected] with the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive tool if you want to include it. We use that message to change the page. We do not promise a particular number of days. The other inboxes are on the contact page.
