Personal data
Privacy policy
This is a static website. It does not open accounts. The personal data we actually receive is what you choose to send, plus a preference cookie if you save a cookie choice.
Who holds the correspondence
aquarabia-sa, Abi Bakr As Siddiq Rd, An Nuzhah, Riyadh 12473, Saudi Arabia. Privacy mail goes to [email protected]. You can also use [email protected].
Email and phone
If you email us, we receive your address, the message, and any page name you include. We use that to reply, to correct a page, or to fix a fault. We keep correspondence for as long as we need it for that purpose and a reasonable archive of corrections. You can ask us to delete a message you sent. We will do so unless we have to keep it for a legal obligation. We do not sell correspondence, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you wrote.
If you call +966 54 910 0210, the call is a normal phone call. We do not run a recorded ticket line on this website.
The preference cookie
If you press a choice on the cookie notice, the browser stores a first-party cookie named aquarabia_consent. It remembers whether optional analytics and advertising storage are allowed, the version of the choice, and the date. It lasts about 180 days. The detail is in the cookie policy. If you never choose, we do not set that cookie.
What is not collected here
There is no account, no checkout, and no newsletter form. No analytics tag and no advertising tag is loaded. Choosing “allow optional” stores the permission. It does not, by itself, start a tracker, because none is installed. If a tag is added later, it has to respect the denied-by-default consent settings described in the cookie policy.
A hosting provider may keep ordinary server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested, in order to run and protect the site. We do not use those logs to build an advertising profile.
Children
The notes are general information for adults planning a visit. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal data. If a parent believes a child has emailed us, write to the main address and ask for that message to be deleted.
Your request
People in Saudi Arabia can have rights under the Personal Data Protection Law, including a request to see correspondence we hold from them. Email [email protected] with enough detail for us to find the message. This page is an account of our practice, not a certificate of compliance and not legal advice to you.
